STARLIMS works only in Internet Explorer browser and requires .NET Framework component on your client computer. Please make sure you are accessing STARLIMS using Internet Explorer browser and you have Microsoft .NET Framework installed.

Microsoft .NET Framework
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 or .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 must be installed on your machine in order to run STARLIMS. .NET is the Microsoft Web services strategy to connect information, people, systems, and devices through software. Integrated across the Microsoft platform, .NET technology provides the ability to securely interconnect STARLIMS client component with STARLIMS Web services.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable package (x86)
The Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) is required by STARLIMS v10 Debugger. If this computer will be used for STARLIMS v10 development and debugging, it�s recommended to install this package.
