This page contains download links to various STARLIMS Utilities that can be used to maintain a STARLIMS system. These are not required by STARLIMS software.
Client Cache Cleaner
For troubleshooting reasons, STARLIMS provides the following tool for cleaning up the client-cache, including Internet Temporary Files and Microsoft .NET Download GAC.
- Right click on this Client Cache Cleaner link and save a copy to your computer on your desktop or somewhere else you can easily find it.
- Execute the Client Cache Cleaner from where you saved it. The file name will be CCC.exe.
- After it completes, close all your Internet Explorer browsers and attempt to access the system again.
